Plus if you actually looked at the evidence the baby was alive for days after Laci was deceased. How is that possible when there was no evidence of a homicide in the home? The thing about Scott Peterson was it was a bunch of circumstantial evidence against him. Also he had a inconsistent story, and showed a general lack of concern for his missing wife. Hell a little over a month after she went missing he sold her car and bought a truck. But the whole trial had far repercussions. From Laci and Conner's Law, to circumstantial evidence convictions. To which I have to ask. So if he went fishing the day she disappeared and dumped her the same day but there is no evidence of a crime scene in their home how do you explain that? The baby was found with electrical tape on his ear outside of her body. Her torso was found with no internal organs and experts agreed that wouldn't have happened just because of fish or ocean currents. How and where was she murdered if Scott wasn't at home the morning she was murdered?
