About how tall would he be?

Lets say he has similar proportions to the canon of man, with, like, idk, 6 and a half heads tall?

assuming the average human hand is 7 inches long, and the average height is 72 inches (this one I made up, probably a little less, but likely not enough to make a difference), then a person with hands 2 miles wide would be 20.57 miles tall.

For men it should be something like 69 (lol) to 70 inches depending on where you're from.

A quick Google search shows it to be more or less correct.
