The more characters there are, the more that go untouched, and the less strategic things become, so its hard to say that simply adding more characters is a flawless idea. However, Smash is a character-based fighting game, and there are plenty of players out there eagerly awaiting the opportunity to play as their favorite character. Of course it's not a traditional fighting game, but it still has the same goal as one, so because of its structure it's more of a party game. Party fighting game. So sure, now his design philosphy has changed and it is indeed a fighting game. But lets just continue using terminology to distinguish types of fighting games. --- move all remaining groundhog mercenaries to the front lines. Have sheep troopers squadrons A and B flank the cows.
