Started playing The Alchemist Code alongside Girls Frontline. Enjoying this so far, reminiscent of Final Fantasy Tactics but as gacha. Are the rates good in this game? And do most of yall juggle multiple gachas?

too many players using mod/hack in Bang Dream.
not that the game is competitive anyway, but it ruins the mood. and there was rumours that the lag/ note jumping in multiplayer was caused by those mods.

the gacha rate in TAC is extremely generous (10% SSR/5*), but that's because you will need many dupes to strengthen your units.
but you can also farm them too, so it makes things easier.
other than the extreme grinding, TAC is pretty good.

Yeah it is pretty generous, and the autobattle feature makes grinding not really a problem. Like I've just been autobattling in the background blasting through the story.

Think I'll juggle this with Girl's Frontline for a bit. Is Granblue Fantasy ever releasing for NA?

Just got into SMT Dx2 Liberators... Or whatever it's called. A mobile game where p2w really isn't as good an option compared to actually playing the game. I hear the roll rate for a 5* is like 0.50%

Better off just grinding, fusing, and evolving. Get what you want instead of praying to RNG God's.

Maplestory M is pretty fun, Fire Emblem Heroes is still good even though this Legendary banner annoyed me, Toji No Miko is fun and got a swimsuit banner today, and Girls' Frontline has been a blast. Overall, mobile game hell is still treating me well. Besides ANOTHER FUCKING LUCINA I don't really have anything to complain about.

Some notes
Arts card build NP guage faster and deal less damage (When NP is 100% or more, you can unleash the servants special)
Quick cards generate large amounts of critical stars which get distributed randomly on the 5 action cards. 1 star = 10%. If you land on the critical chance, the attack is critical and the effects double. (Double arts = double NP build, Double Quick = double crit stars, Double buster = double damage)
Buster cards are raw power with little to no NP and Crit Star generation

Every servant has a distribution of action cards unique to them. Berserker class servants on average have 3 Buster cards, for example, and one Arts card and One Quick Card. A Caster will on average have 3 Arts Cards, since they suck damage-wise. An assassin will typically have 3 quick cards cause they have low raw damage, but excel at critical hits.

With 3 servants on the field, that's a pool of 15 cards which are randomly selected every 3 turns. After 3 turns, the pool is reset and the cards are redistributed. Though if there is less than 3 servants out on the field, then of course the shuffles are less random.

FGO is very friendly to new people to the series, that being said i had an easy time getting into it because I knew much of the series lore and I already had servants I know I loved that I would aim for when I started the game. My problem getting into most of these types of games is unless there is someone I know I want to roll for, I can't get into the game. But if that isn't an issue for you, then you can just discover the servants you want as you play. You have a guaranteed 4 star from a pool of good 4 stars when you first start the game. I'm not sure what kind of specific information to tell you to get your interest, but I can probably answer most of your questions about the gameplay.

Just adding on to this but as someone who is reading the Fate/Stay Night VN right now but FGO will kind of eliminate some of the suspense the VN/anime give about the servants identities . It's just something to keep in mind but I don't think it really ruined the VN for me.I guess this is normal because I assume a lot of people got into the Fate series because of FGO.

FGO is my favorite mobile game and I play both NA/JP but main JP since my servant collection is alot better of there.

Fair warning, FGO has one of the worst gacha rates in the industry. It is truly abysmal. You can spend hundreds of dollars whaling for something and never see what you're after. I used to play it but it was just too unforgiving in that regard. So many games do it better. Frankly, if you're *not* a fan of the Fate franchise I wouldn't recommend sticking with it. The thing it does best is Fate fanservice. Without that there simply a lot better games to play.

Well my FEH core arena team is now all 5 star 40+10 and I'm free to play. :>

I can't even explain it properly rofl. Got my first hit via Puzzle & Dragons, before I knew gacha was a term and before it became an 'in' thing, I'm pretty sure. I'm a free to play player, I've never put money towards any mobile games, but...I don't know. To me, they're just really satisfying. Same with grinding, like in a lot of JRPGs and Monster Hunter.

Also on a side note, I'm also really picky with my gacha games. I've gone through a good chunk and fairly quickly uninstalled them. Recent ones being Shin Megami Tensei and Food Fantasy. So far the only one that stuck with me was Granblue (Grindblue) and that, imo, is some damn high quality stuff with plenty to do and with very generous items. Look forward to trying the other ones I recently installed.

(I did try Opera Omnia the other night and uninstalled it lol.)

Grinding is understandable through many games.

Lord only knows how many hours I spent playing LoL without ever paying them $0.01.

But I refuse to give a company money if they claim it's "Free 2 Play"

I'd rather have a whole game where if I buy it once, I own it and the grind is lessened to a reasonable level.

Huh, I kinda sailed through the quests for Megakin and now he's good to go for level 50, but then he's one of the first you can do those quests for, so maybe it's *supposed* to be easy for him while the other Dx2 limit breaks will get harder as I go along.

Nice. I still don't have any 40+10's yet. The closest I have right now is my Effie who's at 40+7, and I have enough copies to take my 40+1 L'arachel to 40+6 and my 40+3 Masked Marth to 40+5 if I wanted to use the feathers. I'd rather focus on Effie first, but I still need to wait to get 3 more copies of her.
