Mine got sent to the wrong house (my mom's house in another state, because that was probably the last address they had before I went into the military). She explained I wasn't in the state. I have to work to make enough money to live. So, I'm kind of glad I didn't have to go. You have to be pretty bad with sense not to see that >_> And the 12 laypeople work to the defendant's advantage, ensuring that the innocent are less likely to wind up in prison; likewise, the 6+ are more likely to render an impartial verdict in civil cases. ifnsman posted...
