I knew that was likely as my company does the same thing even if the customer is 100% wrong My complaint was I bought something from their outlet store online they said they would deliver on their website. I even called to confirm they would deliver. The delivery guys called me night before to confirm delivery. Then the day of they cancelled the order saying it was outside of delivery radius (like 75 miles and they said radius was 50). I complained that I paid for the goods, confirmed delivery with them and subsequently took a day off work to be home for the delivery which they then cancelled too late for me to go into work. So I either wanted my goods as promised or a similar quality product from a closer outlet (which I knew they didn't have) or to be reimbursed a days wages (I actually didn't take off work). Eventually gave me a higher quality product from a closer outlet in delivery radius.
