i do honestly think pizza is incredibly overhyped and one of the lamest options for eating out

i almost always get an entree separate when eating out with friends because i hate pizza most of the time

the ones i like are almost always variants sans-tomato sauce
olive oil or white sauce is always better than tomato sauce for pizza imo

I made my own pizza today. Baked a mixture of ground cauliflower, egg, and Parmesan for 20 minutes to produce a crust. Topped it with spaghetti sauce, crumbled bacon I had fried earlier, olives, chopped broccoli, and a mixture of Mozzarella and Asiago, and then baked it another 10-ish minutes.

Definitely doing this again soon, but maybe with something other than broccoli. Just happened to have some in the fridge already.
