You don't even have to go every day, don't you put them in the red with 3 visits or something? A few times a month is doable . . . did they forget the gold age of cinema and how often people would go? it was never profitable, the plan was to run at a loss until they could get theaters to give a discounted rate All theaters would have to do is say no until the company dies. There's no leverage there. Even if all customers were getting their tickets through movie pass there's literally no incentive to lower the price.
