In the three Articuno raids I entered, one failed (other players bailed on me halfway through the raid) and couldn't catch one of the other two before the event ended. Either way, when gen 4 hits both ice and electric will be picking up some nice attackers. Mead posted... Taurus is the only regional Ive hatched so far Niantic is just trolling. GastroFan posted... Technically Articuno was the worst of the three anyway (since the exclusive move sucks). During the week event, I think I was only able to do one Moltres raid and one Zapdos (caught both, but the IVs were sub-90). I'm definitely disappointed that I never got a near-perfect Zapdos since I liked him in the games and Thundershock is a huge step up from CB. Also never got shinies for Zapdos or Moltres despite doing I think 6 raids on Moltres day. Articuno I did a grand total of one raid (since I was out of town while it was happening) and got a shiny 80%er (which I decided to use because I like the shiny) MICHALECOLE posted... I also recently finished my Kanto dex after hatching a Kangaskhan (the last regional I needed) from my second 7k egg a few days ago. Just prior to the event, I caught a Hitmonchan which brought me to 150. I'm kinda kicking myself for not hatching those 7ks a bit sooner because now I have a bunch of 7k eggs that I don't need or want. MICHALECOLE posted... Congrats! Im so close. At least I got the shiny Grimer. Also did one Mewtwo raid over the weekend and caught a 96H C/IB, which will be relevant if Rayquaza comes back before the Gen 4 evos are released. I mostly just care about the initial dex entry although I guess eventually getting a full set would be neat. Just hoping that my new 10k egg has a Chansey instead of another Trapinch, Mareep, or Bagon. Granted, I guess I could also always go for another Snorlax although I've got a reasonable stockpile of candy (146) and a kinda passable 89% one with BS that I could power up. keyblader1985 posted...
