This is almost scary but going from 250g+ of carbs a day to under 20 is an insane shift and my body just has to continue to acclimate to fat for fuel.

most humans need carbs, a person can eat 500 grams of carbs and not gain any fat.

most humans need carbs, a person can eat 500 grams of carbs and not gain any fat. Yeah but I'm fat. Once I drop a certain amount of it I'll adjust to a light-medium carb diet. Coupled with exercise it's been very helpful so far. Also I was mostly eating simple carbs from fried food, sweets, soda, etc. As always, your mileage may vary with diets.
