Mark was taken into custody for outstanding warrants as he became part of a viral sensation when 34 y/o Johnny Bobbit Jr was shown on camera spending his last $20 to buy gas for Katelyn, the "sweet blonde woman" who was stranded in Philadelphia but didn't have money to buy gas to go home In the wake of the video, the receptionist set up a Gofundme for Bobbitt as Americans were touched by the story and shocked that the former soldier was living on the streets and styling his hair with a toilet brush while living under a bridge!!..and now it's been reported he's gone to REHAB to deal with a drug addiction in North Carolina for 30 days!! His lawyer told dailymail this piece of information as the movie offers some hope he was going to get his life back on track....but now it's been reported that the thieving duo actually pulled the rug right under him and STOLE the money for themselves and kept the nearly half a million!! They originally set out to raise 10,000 but had no idea that it would balloon to 400,000.. It was supposed to be given to him as a trust and retirement fund as he believed to have gotten 75K including the value of a van and truck that the duo bought for him..under THEIR NAMES.. But a little closer shows that the duo were going on vacations on a helicopter and a trip to disneyland during luxury vacations to Las Vegas and LA and went on SHOPPING SPREES and front row seats at a Broadway show Mark admitted he took $500 from the fundraising at Sugar House Casino but insists he PAID IT BACK with his "winnings" Bobbit's civil case against them has been put on hold while an investigation is in place as Bobbitt said they used his suffering for their own piggy bank to fund a lifestyle they couldn't afford They even went on talk shows and media appearances for their "generosity" at the time and on Megyn Kelly who said there was well over 150,000 left in donations but Bobbitt's attorney said it's ALL GONE. Mark said they REFUSED to give him the money until he's "clean" and would spend it RESPONSIBLY who admitted that giving him all that money wasn't going to happen and that he'd BURN IT before giving it to a DRUGGIE..all while going on hot spots. He said they support the U.S Military but do not support giving money to people who wastefully spend money on DRUGS A picture of their home also showed they aren't living in nice conditions either...
