First time I have ever read that combination of words.

Does it taste like how it sounds or was it something different through the grilling/broiling/etc; process?

I think it's cuz the coffee grounds insulate and texturize the surface of the steak to make it cook better, cuz it only has the faintest taste of dark roast.

Still too much coffee taste for me (not that I eat steak much)
