Board 8 > Overwatch on Humble Monthly Bundle...worth it?

I haven't played an FPS online since probably Team Fortress 2 (dabbled in Goldeneye Online and Roller Derby Death Match, I guess). TF2 was fine -- didn't love it per say, but I liked it and liked it enough to get a mic (Scout > all).

Used to looooove Perfect Dark -- I feel like everybody has one FPS close to their heart, and PD was mine. Halo 2 was played a lot too, and Half Life: Episode 2 was legit. Do Metroid Prime and the Portal-games matter for this conversation? Probably not, but they're very good just in case.

Overwatch seemed to be really liked when it came out...is it still worth grabbing? Still fun for a casual? It seems interesting at a glance, but I never looked much into it and thought B8 would have some worthwhile input.

I never really played FPS it cared for them much and Overwatch is one of my favorite games ever. Its a ton of fun with a lot of unique character styles and they keep adding more and more free content. I play it with a couple of the b8anime crew and its fun times.

Overwatch is great but it's still an fps, which from the sound of it you might not be super into.

Give it a shot. You'll find a character you enjoy and get hooked
