Sorry but I laughed. Usually I have bad luck playing against the team with the most points that week. This year I have gotten lucky. Currently I am 3-1 (will lose this week), all my wins were against the lowest scoring teams that week.

Obviously I want the Brewers to win but I don't know if they will be able to beat any of the teams remaining Maybe the Braves but they look like they won't beat the Dodgers.

I'm tired of seeing tyler flowers call for high heat with a 1-2 or 2-2 count. Its cliche and everyone expects it and the Dodgers especially almost never chase that shit. Suzuki sucks ass at framing and flowers is ass at pitch calling

Earlier this year I was listening to Atlanta sports radio and anthopoulos was explaining why we weren't going after Machado because they felt we were good where we were at

That's what being a cheapskate will get you. Spend all the taxpayer money on a new stadium and then refuse to pay for star players despite having the money to do so

The one nice thing about the Sox potentially winning it all is that they're so ridiculously amazing that you at least have to respect what they've done. Not like 2013 where they won because every player randomly had a career year. This time they just built the best roster. And Mookie went crazy I guess.

The fact they're so good is what would make it more entertaining to see them fail IMO. If it was some random team that was the best team in the league I could root for them but they were already a playoff mainstay so my reaction is Ehhhhhhhh

Of course there isn't really a path left for a truly spectacular upset because the Yankees and Astros both won 100 games, the Brewers have been amazing since September, and everyone knows the Dodgers are much better than their record

The passing records in the NFL aren't really worth caring about, it's obvious how much the game has changed. An 80 passer rating used to be easy hall of fame at one point, now it'll put your career on the bubble

Honestly I don't entirely understand the whole "Drew Brees is a statpadder" meme, though I do find it funny. I mean Tom Brady obviously pads his stats in blowouts, Peyton Manning did it, particularly when the Broncos set the points record. But also I don't feel like Brees was as much of a big game-changer as Brady or Manning so in a way it makes sense but I can't explain it

Favre setting the records initially was more impressive to me because he mostly played in a different era though obviously he just played a shitton of games

There was that time in the last game of the season, Brees was close to setting the single season passing yard record. He was like 9 yards away at the last play of the game, and they needed a TD to win. Instead of throwing it to the end zone to try and win the game, he threw it to a guy 10-20 yards away. He got the record and they lost

and by whipped out I mean blown up on an 8.5x11"

I guess purely on QBing ability it would be wrong for me to say anyone other than Peyton is my favorite, though taking into account things like not teabagging trainers or kissing Papa John or golfing with Donald Trump I'd say Rodgers

Or Favre, who is also kind of a douche, I know, but not as much of a douche as Peyton AFAIK

Too bad Rodgers' career is being wasted by injuries and shitty teams around him, but at least he got that early-career ring in the bag like Brett

Instead of throwing bad interceptions, Rodgers is let down by McCarthy
