I just went through 450 posts in the last 3-4 hours. I was pretty confident in my picks just to find out I had to re-order around 30% of my bracket, especially from Division 6. I never considered characters like Tifa or KOS-MOS being so strong, or Simon being so extremely weak.

Yeah, Cloud was announced for Smash in the middle of the 2015 Games Contest, not CBIX. Mega Man was the only third party character who had been announced by the time of CBIX.
