Someone's in trouble. Should have tested the crap out of everything before starting the remodel. Always an increased chance outages from cut wires and the like during building work.

Those should be remotely monitored. Something happened that knocked out the communication almost a month ago and apparently corporate would have never noticed if we didn't call about our power being out.
