I like chili both with and without beans. Unless it's on a hotdog, in which case I prefer no beans.

If I'm making a batch of chili without beans, I usually add something else to it instead (for example, ground pork in addition to the ground beef)

If the chili is intended as a condiment or dressing, no beans.

If it is inended as a standalone "meal" chili, I have no problem with beans in it.

Chili without beans is basically just fancy hot sauce.

Then again I come from an area where we add ground beef and onions to hot sauce.

If you know beans about chili, it's that there's no beans in chili.

I love beans and chili, but they're different things. The moment a bean comes into contact with chili, it becomes a ranch style bean. Which is ok, because it's delicious, but it's no longer chili.

How can I vote when both is the answer?

Sometimes I want steak chilli with no beans.

Sometimes I want ground beef chilli with beans (and sometimes steak chilli with beans).

I can't just choose one!

I should expand.

No bean chilli is delicious, and especially good in combo with hotdogs or with fries etc. Even ground beef versions are actually amazing in the right situation. I would never give that up.

At the same time, eaten as a meal on it's own, bean chilli, both ground beef and steak versions are hearty and delicious and very filling. It actually adds something over just meat in my opinion and also is not something I would give up. It also usually has more ingredients (onions/bell peppers etc).

This is not a question of either or to me, but both...so I refute the non-nuetrality...and stand by my equal love for all chilli.

You can not move me. My decision is final and my love for chilli is all encompesing.

Thats not a thing

I guess it's still pretty new, it's only been a thing for about 150 years or so. You should get Future Mead to tell you all about it.
