I have seen Daredevil Seasons 1 and 2. Have not seen Defenders. Do I need to watch for S3 to make sense? Any other shows necessary to watch prior?

I always suggest punisher

It has some character overlap, which may lead to some appearances by frank in season 3

I mean Defenders explains where Matt begins in 3 so a little.

Yes even though it isn't that good, it's needed for continuity

The only relevant thing is what happens at the end of the defenders informs where Matt is at in episode 1. Beyond that there isn't much you need to know.

There are enough context clues that you can watch it without it, and what continuity it has isn't super important as the series continues past the first episodes.

Daredevil S3 picks up immediately after the events of The Defenders. If you skip it you could probably make out what happened. Daredevil is stand alone. There is only one reference to another defenders character in the entire season.

Defenders is great fun though. Long for a mini-crossover series but pretty great. Honestly I thought Iron Fist was whiny and irritating but nothing to the point where it would ruin an entire show. If Defenders was the only thing I knew about Iron Fist, I'd probably have left happy.

In terms of Daredevil, it also explains how Matt got back into Daredeviling
