If they continue, I brake check. I'd rather brake check and have them back off than have to do an emergency stop and get rear ended... If I'm on a 2+lane road, I move left as soon as possible. Not far from my job there's a highway under heavy construction with many parts of it closed. There's only one lane and it's pretty narrow since the other lanes are blocked by the construction equipment. Obviously the speed has been reduced. I get tailgated so aggressively there... high beams and all... even if I'm going 10 mph faster than the posted limit.
