Is it normal to not have to pay before you get your food there? I've been to Chipotle in 3 or 4 different states including Minnesota and I always had to pay first.

Going by their tweets, they bragged about dining and dashing, at freaking Chipotle. So she should get rehired, with a nice little bonus for putting her through this. And those dudes should be banned for life from Chipotle. And Applebee's too it seems.

No morals. I hate when people do garbage shit and then try to turn it back on the people that call them out. I wouldn't mind if they got fired from their jobs, if they have any. Then maybe they would start to see what this feels like. I can't imagine someone with empathy would do something like this.

No, I'm just one of many people with a genetic sensitivity to aldehyde chemicals, of which one (or more) it consists. This causes it to have a flavor that to me resembles a combination of cleaning chemicals and mold. To anyone with a genetic tolerance to these chemicals, it has an entirely different flavor.

If you just grab the food you can. They also bragged about doing it at Applebee's, which is already dirt cheap and lets you eat before paying. They we're very open about what they we're doing until a business called them on it.

You have to pay before you they hand you the food but the food is right in front of you on the counter. You can reach over snatch it and sprint out the door which is usually right next to th register.

Don't tell them to fuck off then, just don't eat it. Most people have no issue with cilantro, so why should they have to eat something bland because you can't?

because they should be given the option to add it if they want it and I should be given the option to have a component that I want without something I don't want pre-mixed in. The one time I've tried Chipotle, I didn't get rice in my tacos or whatever I got and when I was eating them, I was thinking "this would be better with rice... but I couldn't get rice :/" and I haven't eaten them again. You say most, but people with the sensitivity I described are not as small a minority as you suggest, so it isn't exactly a good business practice for them to have a mandatory inclusion of an item within a staple item like rice. Cilantro should be optional. It should be its own component, not something mixed in with other more predominant components.

In the UK there are pretty much law firms specializing in that stuff now.

You've got he false claim which is demonstrably false now (in the UK this is well above the level of 'proof' that would be needed, the person making the claim about you has to prove it's true rather than you that it's false).

You've got the result of that claim, your sacking.

You then use the amount of twitter or facebook or whatever social media followers on an account to show the reach the person has to cause the damage with the false claim.

Anyone under a certain follower amount has to pay a nominal fee to a charity and issue a non removable apology. Anyone over the follower amount has a certain amount of time to settle or they face full legal action.

This woman would probably have at least 50 or so high profile tweeters who she could take to the cleaners. I bet some aren't backing down even now.
