Just checked, and writing off 2007/2008 as lol4ways, then yeah, 2010 already had a Tifa vs Sephiroth match. How Sephy ended up just losing momentum as the contest went on and he picked up more and more anti-voters before breaking Clinkeroth against Snake. And in that match, Tifa was in top form and benefitting fully from anti-votes from joke rallying, yet still ended up losing harder than Missingno did. So the idea of Tifa winning against a far less antivoted Sephiroth when shes pissed off a lot of bracket voters, anti-rally purists, and most of the sites Capcom fandom is...yeah, pretty much nil. Hell, with all them antivotes, shes doomed to fall to Samus when the actual contest starts. Meanwhile, pretty much nobody benefitting from Active Citizenship is going to be voting Mario next week.
