The faker the better. So much so that everyone needs a uniboob from a botch job. This is also why the only ones I'll get are digital, because they're fake and no one can say no beyond any age gate. muhahaha

They're ok, but too often they're done wrong and there's a tv show called "botched" where plastic surgeory clients have their enhancements or fixes go bad previous and these others have to fix em. This is enough for me to know it's not really worth it and too much of a gamble. If they're done right then yay I guess.

I find it weird how much CE hates fake boobs but loves the fake butts of instagram models.

This. But recent years have much better boob jobs than even a decade ago, and the really bad ones from the 80s and 90s are mostly a thing of the past.

I voted yes, because they can be well done and the last chick I was with had very nice ones.
