How do you catch them to do it in the first place? well I did catch a bee once in a jar. and then we put it in the freezer for like 5 minutes. it fell asleep and then we tied a string to it so we had a bee on a leash. Once you catch one you just throw it against a table, floor or wall (hard) which will basically stun it. You can then remove the wings, legs, etc as you please.
