MabusIncarnate 12/04/18 2:59:02 AM #5:	I used to go to the inner harbor every summer from about 1985 to 1998. My family stopped because of it's steady decline. I went back with my wife in 2010 and was shocked by how far the city fell. It's now among the worst in the USA. Very saddening, stories like this aren't uncommon.
