Psychology.

It's actually very interesting and it helped me tremendously with my writing since I was better able to get in my character's minds to understand how they could realistically respond to things.

Astronomy is important when navigating rough waters, so I voted that.

Also when you're camping or just hiking in general.

Really this question requires us to know more about the TC's lifestyle to properly answer.

I'd say psychology would be more fun. But I can't stand talking to people who took it. They tend to act like they are know it alls when it comes to why you do things you do, and in my experience are often wrong.

Psychology is best learned from experience imo.

Well it's also when you go to a professional, your likely willingly going into details you normally don't discuss. Your being honest (otherwise your wasting time and money) and it requires several sessions.

Armchair psychologists tend to make judgments on brief convos and seeing a few actions out of you

True, most people are more willing to listen to and trust a licensed professional anyway.

It's kills me and makes me wanna slap them when they make assumptions about your past they know nothing about. Just because your behavior fits the profile. I don't think psychology will ever be an exact/perfect science. Everyone is different and will react to circumstances differently than others. Just way too many variables

Regardless, the pro gets to leave with some cash and the client feels like someone cares so it's all good.

I was talking non professionals. I assume a professional that was good would dig as deep as he/she can. Still never perfect but I feel they'd at least know when a client doesn't fall neatly into a typical mold and would still be able to help in some capacity.

I really have no specific interests, it's really that Astronomy is the only stem related class I'm able to take, plus I love space and science. I'm currently taking AP Physics and I love it

Psychology is my other choice because I took sociology and I'm told it's a very related class to the one I'm taking now

I also intend on majoring in either Political Science or Aerospace

Highschool didn't offer shit like that when I went... They started with some right after I graduated. On one hand it's nice on the other most teens are clueless on what they really wanna do in life as a career.

From my experience I would go with Astronomy. When I was in college Psychology had a lot more offerings so it made it more flexible when I could take it. Astronomy wasn't, so if it is offered to you in high school, you can get it out of the way now.
