The FoG was abandoned for SMFFFC's style, where you don't begin with FoG but rather progress to it after a set number of rounds. 1 to be safe is probably fine for these early rounds - I'd still expect them to be 3 or possibly 4 hours. It's a big field and SMFFFC has somewhat higher participation from my experience.
