Since most of the topics there are from known trolls/shitposters, they're dismissed and usually locked. It may seem weird that a topic is nearly immediately locked, but remember that mods can see your entire posting history, so they'll know and act upon things that regular users simply don't see, so to us it looks like theyre being dicks. Combine that with the fact that many people on this site are pathetic eenough to see forum moderators as some sort of power figure and either attempt to disprove/argue with them, and the entire situation is beyond stupid (hell, look at some of the posts ittfor example).
