Center left. Anti-war, supports gay marriage and rights, supports social programs and free schooling and universal income, is for some degree of gun control, etc. He's regressive when it comes to trans people and has a lot of conservative friends, though.

Ok. Do you believe in universal truth?

Like, I thought more liberal ideology was that truth is relative and even the trans movement is based on such an idea. For ex, you can say you are whatever gender you are and for you, that is truth.

How then do you say there is only one right side? Ironically, that is what Peterson argues. He dislikes relative rightism.

As mentioned, he has a ton of left stances. He's more progressive than nearly anyone in American politics.

The only thing that makes him alt right are some of his guests and his wacky diet conspiracies. He sometimes shows his age when discussing a few social issues too.
