I used to until I overworked myself and injured my left ankle. It wasn't a sprain or anything and I went to the foot doctor. He told me it was probably the tendon and that I need proper days off as to not over work it.

The pain stayed for like 3 months so I couldn't do many workouts, especially cardio related. I couldn't lunge, squat, jump, or even get in pushup position without my ankle hurting. Needless to say, I put on like 10-15 pounds.

Now everything is good to go, but I got this new job where I pretty much have 9-10 hour days of work (if you include commute to and from work that's another 90 minutes gone). By the time I get home I'm too damn tired so I nap and I only have so much time to do chores, make dinner, get my 30-60 minutes of video games, and have social activities.

So now I only work out Friday-Sunday. It's not much but I tell myself it's better than nothing I suppose.

I do like listening to music when I walk or run. And will listen to podcast when I walk.

I use it on occasion but it's not the go-to thing. The same with the Instant Pot. While it can be awesome, I don't want to always steam cook my dinner.

Yes. I never used to but for this past month or so I've been going on walks everyday. They last anywhere between 30 minutes to several hours depending if I go out to the peak districts or not.

My job is physically active and I won't do anything extra on my 12+ hour shift days, but on the regular 8 hour days, I'll go running for a few miles before work.

oh sure, hiking I can do - even steep hikes. Somehow, despite all my muscles being gimp, I have a very easy time with stairs.

Just, well.... no where to hike here.

Now, if I lived in Okotoks things would be different - Okotoks has DOZENS of quality hiking paths, a big sloping street down from a swimming pool and an epic set of stairs

I train mma Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and sunday. I do bodyweight work outs Wednesday and Friday and I work for 12 hours on Thursday so I tend not to do too much.

I don't lift weights anymore, and honestly the bodyweight stuff I do is more for maintenance than actual exercise.

Usually just three to four days a week but aren't you not supposed to do it every day anyway? Though at my typical intensity levels I'm sure I could get away with doing it daily
