Were going to Italy in a couple weeks and Im nervous its gonna repeat itself.

Nothing wrong with telling her how you feel but I certainly wouldn't let it put you off from enjoying yourself. Try to focus more on the holiday and your GF. I know with mental health issues this is more easy to say than to actually do but distractions help me with anxiety.

This sounds like something you should have talked to her about a long time ago, certainly before even making the plans for this trip. That said, can't change the past, so I'd say bring it up now and talk it through so you can avoid a repeat of that experience.

IDK guys, I think it really depends on the relationship dynamic and how they told their GF.
If I didn't tell my spouse, even before we were married, they'd pick up on me getting depressed no matter how hard I tried to hide it and how well I fooled others. And then end up upset if I hadn't been open about it, because they'd assume it was either them or that I didn't talk to them about it. But every relationship is different? So it's hard to say knowing nothing about the GF or their dynamic IMO. ... Copied to Clipboard!
