Ratings are in the toilet, the crowd and PPV buys for Stomping Grounds were a joke, and they drew 3500 total fans to RAW last night. They don't need to worry about rah-rahing the loyalists right now. They'll always be there. They can't afford to drive literally any more people away. It's not about them "always being there", it's about them being stirred-up, motivated. Attending and engaging more. I'd say it's WWE's way of drawing the line of division between them while not officially acknowledging any issue - make it look like a personal Rollins thing, not a company thing.
