Not knowing a lot about the case, but being fairly familiar with the so-called 'Lionel Hutz' its worth noting that Funimation did a previous investigation related to the issue and found Vic to not have done anything wrong. So there's that.

It's also worth specifying that Vic is suing the people who have been calling conventions telling them not to let Vic show up. That's fucked, and looks to be likely interference with their work and/or contract. That's the basis of the lawsuit. Hope those people are telling the truth, cause trying to fuck someones life over under false allegations is pretty shitty.

I'll try to explain to the people who haven't been following and might be curious. To the people saying "WHO CARES?Z!!!?!?!11 ONE+shft" Why are you even here?

For starters, the initial poster of this thread is what you would a typical kickvic follower and is the typical kind of person who does not believe in due process. Do not believe a word he/she/it says as it is quite obvious he/she/it is ridiculously biased and the "information" he is providing is not only false, but also idiotic.

In this case, Vic is suing 3 major parties.

1. Funimation.

2. Monica Rial (voice actress of Bulma) and Ron Toye (her soy-infused boyfriend).

3. Jamie Marchi (voice actress of many insignificant characters).

An activist sjw, Marzgurl (some of you might know her from Channel Awesome), has also been actively trying to ruin Vic's life and has also been served papers. Marzgurl is basically the center of never ending drama and an open feminist and nutcase sjw.

The lawsuit against Funimation is the most shaky, I'l lsay. It's mostly about Vic being fired for, I assume, reasons that Vic and his party consider to be false following the allegations of all the aforementioned idiots, but we shall see in due time.

It is very likely that he will win against Monica Rial, Ron Soye, and Jamie Marchi. Those sjw/feminists nutcases have OPENLY said, on numerous occasions that they wanted to destroy him, and have not only been actively trying to destroy his image by making false accusations against him, but, especially in the case of Monica Rial and Ron Soye, of creating tortious interference against Vic. For those who don't know, it is defined as "...when one person intentionally damages someone else's contractual or business relationships with a third party causing economic harm." And unfortunately for the aforementioned sjw's, there are AMPLE evidence of them doing exactly that. Not only that, but there hundreds of tweets of those two morons, as well as Marchi, openly insulting him and personally attacking Vic. Those leftist idiots are as good as done.

As far as the case is concerned, the discovery is going to be happening in a few days. As expected from the typical far left nutcases, they've been trying not to only to destroy the man's life, push him to suicide, but also tried to destroy his legal Gofundme, as well as to attack anyone who has been defending Vic on social media, including trying to get one of the YouTube content creators who defend Vic in trouble with child services, which once again shows the moral compass of those kind of leftist nutcases. Does that sound like mentally sound individuals with good values? I think not.

On his side, Vic has been basically respectful and has kept quiet about the whole thing. A true professional, and I personally hope that he ruins every single one of those virtue signaling asswipes.
