Tbqh I did this to someone once. Getting off the highway, as I was looking to see if I needed to yield at the end of the ramp, I didn't notice that the person in front of me did in fact yield until it was too late. Still had enough time to prevent myself from smashing right through them but gave them a pretty decent tap.

He said he tried to stop in time and that his breaks are wack. And that he said he skidded super far. I'm guessing he didn't realize I wasn't moving because I had to wait for four cars before I could turn. It was odd because right before I saw him pull out onto the road super fast so when I saw him coming I had a feeling it was inevitable.

What's the witness situation? do you have some way of proving that you were literally stopped and waiting? Cause i have to imagine he's really fucked if you do, especially if his story is that you were moving.

Neck and back injuries normally manifest 24 hours later. Always go to the hospital if a major wreck they caused.

Went this morning and they gave me exercises to do.

There's no pain or soreness a week later so probably good.
