Well, none of the ones listed, for starters!

Los Angeles Times - Leftist bias
CNN - Hilariously unreliable and unprofessional, in addition to biases
New York Times - Leftist bias
Breitbart News - Alt-Right bias
NPR - Leftist bias, although it's the only one on the list that I follow
Washington Post - Leftist-establishment bias, occasional fabrication
Drudge Report - Largely unfamiliar with the content, but I know its reputation for having a rightest bias
Sean Hannity show - Obviously not trustworthy
Fox News - Rightest-establishment bias, occasional fabrication

Other, currently USA Today although even that has its issues. I know that NPR is ridiculously-biased, but I still get my information from it, albeit in a listen-but-verify capacity.

Well, overlooking that WaPo will automatically try to blame fracking for it and NPR will feature an "expert" who, besides mentioning fracking, may also suggest global warming is to blame.

None because pretty much all of them are shit tier literal fake news sources. NPR seems okay though, they were the ones where Trump supporters thought they were posting anti-Trump propaganda on Twitter when they literally were just posting the Declaration of Independence, as they do every July 4th.

None of them.

Any news report is at the end of a long chain of a "telephone" game. The reporter reports what they think happened, filtered through their own perceptions/prejudices/limitations of understanding, then passed through several layers of editors, each with their own limitations and misunderstandings, and spin-doctored in accordance with the news agency's own corporate culture, and finally reported to the public.

Comparing news from a variety of sources can give an impression, which still may or may not bear any relation to reality.

You'd have to be a completely braindead drone to put your trust in any big media outlet. They're all obviously shills for the government because it's in the government's best interest to control the media. Anyone with brains follows smaller, independent sources and hopefully more than one

You're best bet is use both Washington Post and Fox News as a source, they both tow party lines in their respective parties but if you choose one you'll only one view's side of the story. CNN is your worst bet as they've become legitimately dangerous.

I normally read The Hill for news reports.

I'll read up to the number of free articles that NYT gives readers each month. If they weren't asses that required a subscription, I'd probably use them the most. I read NPR probably the third most. Others I sparingly, if ever, read. I don't watch any TV news except CSPAN (very rarely, however).

I don't hold any opinion pieces against websites, but I do wish some of them were more selective of who they let ramble on the site (especially The Hill, where the opinion pieces are nearly always some extreme right wing nutjob).

I don't know if trust is the right word. If there's a situation that I truly care about and want to know more, I'd use said news source as a reference before I research about it further via other sources. Within the topic I'd say NPR and BBC are kinda my go-to even if I feel they're less than neutral.

I'd take Reddit news with a huge grain of salt. It's one of the biggest liberal echo chambers on the internet. Where people care more about being agreed with than actually discussing anything.

Actually, I just had a great idea.... a news aggregation bot.

First it scans top news pages to find out if a story is infact the same story, then through a series of markov chains get the common facts and then compose the story as best as possible.
