Serious question. All of mine did. When they were single, I could joke around with them and they were laid back. After they met their girlfriend, nothing was funny any more and now all of the sudden they were these classy guys. Anyone else have that happened ? It's part of the reason I have the "fuck everyone" mentality.

Well are they acting this way alone with you or only with their GF? Most people Male/Female/Other act different when their partner is around. Ever see Who the Bleep did I marry, pretty real look at how people hide who they really are to their partners.

From what I remember yeah.
That was all 15-20 years ago now when that happened.
These days all are divorced and paying child support and alimony. And are quite unhappy.

Life becomes her and what she wants 24/7. Just to get some regularly. But give it 10-15 years and all of them will be miserable and broke because of the choices they're making right now. Even if she is gone and she will be. They'll be paying her in some way. A sure as the sun rises.

Both actually. They did a complete 360 for their partners. One guy was a hardcore partier / drinker, always being loud and obnoxious. Now he's quiet and never talks about anything except the Bible and God -- which is good, but that's not who he really is.

yeah, he literally changed his entire appearance when he met his first girlfriend. he didn't really have a particular fashion sense before, just plain and mildly nerdy, but he ended up stealing this chick whose boyfriend at the time was an emo/scene kid, and literally the next time i saw him after they started going out, he was completely made over to look pretty much exactly the same as the chick's former boyfriend. hair dyed black with the emo flip, girl pants, Jack Skellington hoodie, the whole deal. it was freakin' weird.

I think it's his first girlfriend but he's hooked up with girls before and obsessed about them to an unnerving degree. I'm not surprised it's the same situation here to be honest.

Either way, if a girl told me I couldn't hang out with my friends on certain days of the week, then she's gotta go.

The ones with wives and kids havent changed much because we just include families into our plans. It's the ones that got dogs that are the problem. If they dont leave early to feed it, they leave because they have to get up early to walk it. That's if they come out at all.
