Because I sought out a second opinion and i was told it could very well be. I will ask on a coin forum I know of to get a definite answer, but I have no explanation as to what this line is on this 2017P Indiana quarter. These images will be large.





Its very round, but not perfect(even moreso than ha hah hah a perfect circle doesnt exist). It isnt raised from the coin. What intrigues me is the matte layer on the outside of the line, and how it appears on opposite sides of the coin(not just front and back)

This doesnt seem like it would be worth a ton of money but i dont know so im going to find out!
