Darmik 06/25/19 10:54:42 PM #21:	There's one benefit to getting the Wii U. You have a console that can potentially play every Nintendo system up to the Wii U and DS. Switch will never be able to do this. So if you have the option of both it might be worth considering getting it for the long term. But almost all of its regular games are available digitally so you just need those Nintendo digital points cards. I haven't played Xenoblade Chronicles X or Tokyo Mirage Sessions yet. Crafted World doesn't grab me anywhere near as much as Wooly World did. But that's about it. At this point Switch has a better exclusive line up. However you can also add the entire Wii library. Wii and Wii U games are also often on clearance right now and are cheap to get. You've got a pretty good Virtual Console and if you're willing to Homebrew you can play Gamecube games too. So basically if you're only getting one Nintendo system get the Switch. But buying the Wii U now and taking advantage of getting all of the clearance stock and getting the Switch in 2-3 years isn't a bad idea either.
