Basically anything other than stuff that anyone can do themselves like changing oil, filters, or inflating tires etc. I know. Once you do it the first time, it's like riding a bike. Anyway, being busy can be good for depression, takes your mind off your woes when you're doing a lot of stuff. It's being bored, broke and depressed that can really fuck you up. And I would know.
