Totally college material.

Hes literally going to ruin his life over 1 semester of basic classes.

Which is why we keep telling him to go to a community college and transfer out once done with core. Way cheaper.

You may get several small scholarships sure. But to get a "free ride" type if scholarship you want you would have had to have had a gpa of 4.0 for all your HS career plus a perfect or near perfect on the SATs.

Maybe find an rich older female politician to sponsor for sleeping with her.

Did I say I was looking for a full ride? No? Then I don't know why you're bringing this up

So edgy. Lolololol

What EXACTLY ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? The experience of what, exactly? A semester or two at AU and then...TBD?

The problem is *once again* these scholarships you have been talking about won't be there. If you're intending on attending beyond a semester (that's even if they let you get that far), you'll need to take out a student loan.

So unless you want the experience of getting tossed out onto your ass with a giant bill? You better rethink your plan, especially the "I'm not repaying any of it" concept

There's nothing stupid about community college. It'll save you thousands. Not hundreds of dollars. You're being stupid for not even considering it for whatever reason.

You have done nothing but show how truly ill prepared you are for all of this. Not just the making it up as I go along plan, then fill in the blanks later issues. But your continued arrogance on this matter is just another example how little you understand about everything around you

You said you're looking to pay for the whole thing via scholarships you don't have yet. You're not looking for a single full ride scholarship, no, but you are looking for scholarships that add up to a full ride. If that's not what you're looking for, then you've neglected to mention the part of your "plan" that will pay for the rest.

They can garnish wages and come after you.

My sibling didn't even get to finish because of FAFSA being cut and not being able to pony up the difference at the time.

Later they started taking money from their check. So this I know for a fact they can do.

I'm not 100% sure about this one, but they can probably send debt collectors after you. They have resources, they can find you. Unless you honestly do drop off the grid completely I guess? IDK then.

But yeah, they will find a way to get their money. However, I don't know why people say it's impossible to get rid of in bankruptcy. It's near, but not actually impossible. You have to prove that it causes undue hardship, my sibling eventually had to do that. Wrecked their amazing credit, but they did it.

Maybe the amazing credit helped though? IDK. I just know what they told me while talking to lawyers and working on it and how it was going while they were doing it.

A political science major in D.C.? I bet that's pretty rare. Yes, that's sarcasm

You can try to hide all you want. But they have your Social security number. And then they'll have your address. Because you WILL have to list an address and your SS once you get a job. Then you'll get "flagged", chased down and start repaying your debt.

Those collectors don't have to yell. They'll call and call. Ask if you want to want to pay now. Or how much you want to make in payments. You'll hate it. Because if you don't pay them by choice, you will start to pay automatically through your paychecks. You can hide, but you DO plan on working somewhere right?

Live on the streets? That's your choice. Last time I knew, there's dorms. There's no correlation in your statement

I'm not saying this to put you down or make you feel bad. You never did. You're reading comprehension leaves a lot to be desired. You will need to work on that if you want to succeed in college

I was being sarcastic because how many other people have that exact same degree in D.C.? So now you're going to have the exact same degree as thousands of other people who have the same idea as you do (but without the fraudulent part).

You're going to get lost in the masses with nothing to differentiate yourself from them. Not all politicians go for political science by the way. Humanities is popular. Law is another. What makes you say that?

You seem to have an excessive fixation on status, for starters. I'm not saying this to attack you or put you down, so I hope you don't feel that I'm belittling you. From what I can see, you're wanting to spend tens of thousands of dollars attending a university with no tangible benefit compared to attending your local community college. You're also planning to spend hundreds of dollars on a gaming system you don't need just to have the latest and greatest tech. Most people would look at the cost/benefit ratio and decide not to spend this money. But it's worth it to you, I'm guessing, because you perceive these things to elevate your status.

That's how people with NPD tend to act. They want to have the best of everything in order to feed their ego--the latest tech gadgets, the fastest cars, the hottest wives. And they'll break the law or exploit others with little or no remorse to get these things they feel they deserve. They tend to avoid responsibility for their actions, and have an excessive need to be affiliated with people/institutions of high status. They also tend to assume they're destined for greatness, which flies in the face of reality where there's no such thing as guaranteed outcomes.

However, I'm not a psychologist. Even if I was, I couldn't diagnose you over the internet. But you remind me a lot of NPDs I've met in the past, so that's why I'm gently suggesting you seek a professional opinion. Psychotherapy can help you be more self-aware and avoid your own worst impulses, which will help you become more successful. A lot of people with NPD tend to think they're fine, and everyone else is the problem, so it's hard to get through to them. But I hope you'll at least consider what I've said.
