Places you can't miss:
Il Corvo
Din Tai Fung crab dumpling
Park Place Chowder

They are pretty touristy so they have long lines but it's worth it

Il Corvo

I tried to go to this place like three times when I was there but the lineup was always huge.

I don't get into Seattle proper too often, what kinds of things are you looking for?

I visited Seattle last month, so it's fresh in my mind.

I especially enjoyed visiting West Seattle and the university district. The former has a laid-back beach town feel and is fantastic for cycling along the coast. The latter is dense, packed with interesting spots, and relatively inexpensive. And trust me, when you're in Seattle, "relatively inexpensive" is a breath of fresh fucking air.

My two favorite restaurants I tried were Luna Park Cafe and Admiral Bird, both in West Seattle. The Admiral serves Raven's Brew coffee alongside excellent food; if you haven't tried Raven's Brew before, I really can't recommend it enough. Big Time Brewery was the best of the breweries I visited - their IPAs are excellent if you're into that kind of thing.

Kubota Garden, a large Japanese garden tucked away in East Seattle, was a definite trip highlight. Dick's is a solid old-school burger 'n' shake joint. Storyville Coffee is excellent and pretty common throughout the city.

Finally, since this is GameFAQs, I'd be remiss not to mention Pink Gorilla and Spin Cycle. The former deals exclusively in gaming and related merchandise; the latter is primarily focused on records, but has a fairly robust game selection too. You'd expect their prices to be sky-high, but I found excellent deals at both. Especially Spin Cycle.

I hope you enjoy your trip! Seattle is as chilly and aloof as they say, but the ingredients are definitely there for a relaxing and fascinating trip.

It's like a 15 min wait when the line is right outside the door

We've gone through a bit of stuff we want to do, so I suppose the best thing is food recommendations? We're also gonna spend at least a day out of the city going to Mt. Rainer and Redmond at the very least.
