Black Widow (2020)
In February 2014, Feige stated that after exploring Black Widow's past in Age of Ultron, he would like to see it explored further in a solo film. Marvel has done some development work for the potential film, including a "pretty in depth" treatment by Nicole Perlman, and by May 2016, Feige stated that Marvel was "creatively and emotionally" committed to creating the solo film. By January 2018, Jac Schaeffer was hired to write the script. That July, Cate Shortland was hired to direct, with Johansson reprising her role as Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow. By February 2019, Ned Benson was hired to rewrite the script. Filming began in late May 2019 in Norway and the United Kingdom, and will last until September of the same year. Johansson will also serve as a producer on the film. Black Widow is scheduled to be released on May 1, 2020.

The Eternals (2020)
By April 2018, Marvel had met with multiple screenwriters to craft a film based on the Eternals, with a focus on the character Sersi. Feige stated that a film based on the group was "one of many many many things that we are actively beginning to have creative discussions about to see if we believe in them enough to put them on a slate." A month later, Matthew and Ryan Firpo were hired to write the script for the project. By late-September, Marvel hired Chlo Zhao to direct the film. Filming began in July in London. At the 2019 San Diego Comic Con, the cast was confirmed to include Salma Hayek, Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Brian Tyree Henry, Lauren Ridloff, Lia McHugh, and Don Lee as Ajak, Thena, Ikaris, Kingo Sunen, Phastos, Makkari, Sprite and Gilgamesh, respectively. The film intentionally features a diverse cast, with Ridloff portraying the first deaf superhero in the MCU. The plot will span the eons of lifetime that the ancient race known as the Eternals have lived and fought the evil race known as the Deviants. The Eternals will be released on November 6, 2020

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings (2021)
By December 2018, Marvel was "fast-tracking" development on a Shang-Chi film, which would be their first Asian-led film. Chinese-American writer David Callaham was hired to work on the screenplay, and by March 2019, Marvel hired Destin Daniel Cretton to direct the film. In June 2019, Guntis Sics, sound mixer on Thor: Ragnarok, revealed in an interview that the film will be shot in Australia. At the 2019 San Diego Comic Con, Simu Liu was revealed to be cast in the titular role, with Tony Leung Chiu-wai portraying the Mandarin. Awkwafina will also have a role in the film. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to be released on February 12, 2021.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2021)
By December 2018, Scott Derrickson had completed a deal to return to direct a sequel to Doctor Strange. Marvel was beginning to search for a writer, with a plan to begin filming in early 2020. Benedict Cumberbatch and Benedict Wong will reprise their roles. Elizabeth Olsen will co-star, reprising her role from other MCU films as Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch. The film genre was announced to be more horror-styled, with intentions of being "the first scary MCU film". Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is scheduled to be released on May 7, 2021

Thor: Love and Thunder (2021)
In January 2018, Hemsworth indicated his interest in continuing to play Thor, despite his contract with Marvel Studios scheduled to end after Avengers: Endgame, saying the next month "if there's another great script that comes along" he would consider playing the character again, and later added, "I'd play this character for as long as anyone would let me," crediting Waititi for revitalizing his interest in Thor. They had discussed what they would want in a potential fourth Thor film by then. By April 2019, Thompson believed that a pitch had been made for a sequel to Ragnarok that involved Waititi returning. By July 2019, Waititi had signed on with Marvel to write and direct a fourth Thor film. Hemsworth and Thompson will both reprise their roles, with Natalie Portman returning after not appearing in Thor: Ragnarok. During Marvel's 2019 San Diego Comic-Con panel it was revealed that Portman would portray her character taking on the mantle of Mighty Thor, similar to the comics. Thompson's Valkyrie will be the first LGBTQIA+ superhero in the MCU films, with the character's sexuality being featured in the film. As the new King of Asgard, Valkyrie will be searching for a Queen; her sexuality was previously hinted at in Thor: Ragnarok, while a deleted scene explicitly depicted the character as such. Thor: Love and Thunder is scheduled to be released on November 5, 2021.

Probably Doctor Strange, but only due to extreme apathy over the other films. Granted, I'll still likely watch Eternals and Shang-Chi... plus Thor because, well, Thor.

The horror direction makes it sound promising but, as far as superhero horror goes, I'm far more interested in the upcoming New Mutants film. (Not enough to see it in theaters, though.)

None of the above.

I would be mildly interested in Doctor Strange, but since they implied it was going to tie into the Scarlet Witch/Vision series that I don't give the slightest of fucks about, it makes me assume the movie will probably suffer as a result.

It might entice me slightly more if they use it as a segue to introduce Clea as his apprentice/girlfriend like in the comics, but honestly, I was never a huge Doctor Strange fan in the first place, so there's not a lot to really lure me in there. But all of the other movies are either from properties I care even less about, or have their own baked-in problems that I suspect will make the movies far worse than they otherwise might have been.

I would've been extremely excited about a solo Black Widow movie and/or finally getting the real Mandarin on screen, since he's one of my favorite villains in comics.

But Endgame ruined my excitement for both things completely and utterly. I don't give a shit about either movie now. Prior to it? I'd be hyped! Not now...

Technically it's not a "none" kind of question. Even if you aren't excited for any of these movies, you could still go for the one that least disinterests you =p

Doctor Strange based on what I know of it.

The Eternals I suspect is gonna be really cool and something I have no familiarity with. I wanna see Hercules and shit.

I'm interested in Shang-Chi just because I'm hoping they make him an interesting fresh new character.

Black Widow is like five years overdue and I kind of don't care at this point.

I'm reserving judgment on Thor til we see more about it but I'd definitely plow Natalie Portman if that counts for anything.

Its like theres some portion of the non-straight community that insists on not being taken seriously from what I can tell

Even LGBT seems kinda redundant because arent the L and the G pretty much the same thing?

Probably? Technically, just about everyone in the acronym would fall under the "Q" category, but it's more about inclusivity.

Technically, just about everyone in the acronym would fall under the "Q" category, but it's more about inclusivity.

The real problem is, if you're trying to promote inclusivity by repeatedly adding letters to the acronym, you're actually promoting exclusivity because people who don't fall under one of those letters start to feel deliberately excluded. And getting lumped into the "+" feels like you're being marginalized or dismissed in importance - you're not important enough to get a letter! "Why did those people get a letter and I didn't? Fuck those people!" (which actually hints at another problem - especially early on, a lot of "L" and "G"s really didn't like "T" being included... not everyone in that acronym accepts everyone else's lifestyle that winds up in that acronym)

It also runs kind of counter-intuitive to the idea of wanting to normalize "alternative lifestyles" by explicitly defining them as something distinct, because you're emphasizing the "otherness" of it. Ultimately, what you should want to do is promote it as a more general civil rights movement that promotes positivity rather than divisiveness.
