The lube. I guess you could make it. But I don't know how. I would just buy it. You can go to a sex shop. But I know Amazon has this Anal Relaxant Lube that could help. Helped me when I had an ex that hadn't bottomed in a while years and years ago. And others, as well... For whatever you stick up your butt, it depends. You can use a finger. But if you want something bigger, you'll have to find something around the house or buy it.

This thread is incredibly vague. I thought OP was asking if gays (in which I use this as a blanket term to encompass not only gay men, but any queer person that is male-identifying and has sex with other male identifiers) were into prostate milking.

Which is actually quite weird, considering that's mostly a heterosexual fetish. Straight men obsess over their anuses more than gays. And there had been studies done that had shown straight guys groom and clean their anuses more meticulously than gays (the study was corresponding toward colonoscopy preparation.)

But then the negative is that straight guys are more likely than gay men to have higher rates of fecal matter on their hands at any given moment. Gay men are statistically more likely to have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), and thus with frequent hand-cleansing, will have less fecal matter on their hands. But bizarrely, they actually have more on their anuses. This is because gay men are also statistically more likely than straight men to have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). And in situations where the amount of feces produced is greater, and more frequent than that of other males, it makes sense for there to be a higher rate of feces to be missed during post-defecation cleaning.

Now on the subject of felching, that's actually a predominantly homosexual fetish.
