1. Cowboys - No explanation needed

2. Hawks - Losing the league's top rusher for the rest of the regular season sucks, but backup Jeremy Hill has a 4.4 YPC on 66 carries this season.

3. Raiders - Second-best record in the AFC but unfortunately are slated to settle for the 5th seed and seemingly face off on the road against the AFC North champ. Like the above teams, they have been extremely balanced on both sides of the ball. They barely trail the Hawks in all the major categories.

4. Vikings - Hmm, should I acquiesce Stan's concerns about having the Vikings up here? 7th in points per game, 3rd on offense, 6th on defense, 8th in turnover differential. Nah, I think they will stay up here.

5. Dolphins - Statistically, they might the favorite to be the AFC rep in the Super Bowl (2nd points per game, 4th on offense, 2nd on defense, 3rd points allowed per game, 3rd in turnover differential), but their combination of dumb losses and injuries pushes them down here.

QB-wise without a doubt. Depending on your take on how you value QB stats to HBs and WRs, I know that we've had a HB that hovered around 300 yards and 4-5 TDs and a WR with high 200s and 3 TDs before.

On the plus side I am still in the running if I win out

On the down side that is incredibly unlikely as I have 3 road games left and one of them is the Dolphins who I have never beaten even when I was good, nevermind the shit show going on now

In a similar situation Stan. Jamario started the season injured, came back, instantly out for the season. Signed a replacement, out for the season. Signed another replacement, now injured. To go along with my 98 rated OT and 92 rated MLB being injured too. This season has been miserable.

Edit: Oh I guess on the positive side, my draft stock is going to be high enough that I might be able to get a decent playmaker. Maybe.

The Falcons and Lightning also have very slim odds to win the second wild card, and a loss or Pumpkins win, among many other scenarios, will eliminate them.

Redskins are eliminated with a loss or wins by both the Wildcats and Pumpkins.

Packers earn playoff spot with a win.

Cowboys and Vikings have slightly more complicated factors, but they could each secure playoff spots with wins and certain rival losses.

How often do back-up safeties get 5+ ints in B8NFLL?

Backup SSs get a lot of playing time mostly due to special teams. That is why it isn't uncommon to see them high in tackles and see a moderate amount of sacks, FFs, and FRs.

INTs though obviously only occur on defense, so 5+ INTs by a backup, especially with no starts to their name is very rare. I say that in a season where two can claim that, so maybe it isn't quite as rare as I believe.
