Theres just something special about that scene that sticks out in my mind and makes it quite memorable. The rest of the movie was subpar sure, but that scene was aces.

The laughing demon deer mounted on the wall as Ash is losing it.

classic Day of the Dead

When the zombies rip that soldier's head apart from his body, and as his head is being torn he's screaming, and his voice box is getting stretched and his screams get higher pitched before the vocal cords are ripped apart and his head is fully torn off.

Honorable mention goes to Sarge being ripped in half and him saying choke on it before he dies.
