It is only $1 for a month, so you can play the game for a month along with all the other games as well, including the new castlevania, West of Loathing, tons of good platform games etc).

Highly recommend trying it, and Outer Worlds is looking really great (and you can play it a day early this way!!

I paid NZ$99.95 on PSN because I don't like sub rentals and wouldn't want it on Epic / Microsoft store, and considering if I should stay up late to play it at midnight. 10:26 left on the countdown.

I won't spend that much on any game at this point, at least not at launch (unless like an SAO actually gets created), I've been burned too many times.

I love sub/rentals as it lets me try the game and not care if they suck so much. My Gamepass ends mind Nov, just in time to try Googles STadia and get Borederlands (for $10 for the month).

Net result I get Outerworlds this month for only $1 (not to mention all the other games I played), and Borederlands 3 next month for $10 (along with Kill many Orcs 3 and a few others I have not played).

Still have like 40 games on steam on my wishlist for good sales as well, and a gazillion games in my backlog, so I'm set for games for the next 3 years at least.

Lol, actually I have found it motivates me to actually at least try them, if not play them. Most of the games I wanted to play on the xbox gamepass I at least tried if not played fully. I actually did more then one run of West of Loathing...which was a blast.

Sad, but it's almost like I need some kinda time incentive to actually play/finish games I buy now adays lol.

in California, if you don't switch your region to NZ, it would be 7pm.

I live in Washington now, but I am getting it from microsoft gamepass (pc version) and it releases tomorrow at 4pm. It already downloaded, it just has the last .2 gigs to download to play.

Yea, I'm in a similar position too. Plus if I really like a game I'll pick up the All-DLC edition on sale 1-2 years later.

It's 4pm pst for me...so probably 7pm eastern (and the equivelant anywhere else).

Just got back from getting snackies (Ack I forgot potato chips!!), so i'm ready to go. I bought 4 dijorno pizzas (2 supreme and 2 pepporoni). I normally never do frozen but.....I'm making an exception.

Also got 5 Tri tip steaks. I'm gonna BBQ them all, eat one, and refridge the rest. Then cut it up for sammiches, salds etc (so much for not eating beef at home!).

PC has a global release, console used a rolling release. it's why you'd be able to change your region to NZ and play it today.
