This fuck hasnt said shit about all the things facing our nation lately. But he comes out to talk a shot at Bernie and Warren.

They had to bring him in cause everywhere I go I talk to more and more Bernie supporters.

I don't think anyone wants a centrist. Left policies poll well, even with Republicans.

Medicare for All polls at something like 80% with Democrats and some decent chunk of Republicans depending on which poll you look at.

This sounds like another piece where they're trying to shill for Deval Patrick for the nomination. His and Bloomberg's entry into this election is really weird because they were "predicted" entrees very early on in the race, before anyone joined. It's clear that this is all being staged by someone.

They're afraid that Biden will loose. I don't know why, Warren is in their camp too.

Bull. Shit.

Hilary was the moderate candidate in 2016. Almost no one is fires up to vote for Biden and going with him is a great way to get voters to stay home in 2020.

The whole idea of moderate electability is absolute nonsense because conservatives are never gonna vote for anyone even slightly left of center.

Do they actually think anyone knows who Deval Patrick is?

I thought they were setting up Kamala Harris as the presumptive nominee going into this last year and we see how she did. Giving us people they want to win isn't going to work. People need to fucking earn our votes.

Instead of trashing the people we like, how about they try giving us reasons to vote for the people they like? I have no clue why Biden is running or what he thinks he offers. I know why Bernie and Warren are running.

This isn't how it works lol. We haven't had life changing events in our generation for them to field a strong leader. I'm surprised that they haven't started pushing out media influencers and hollywood stars yet because DC has such a negative reputation, even with boomers.

He offers stability and "more of the same". You need to understand that "Democrats" are not "Progressives" or even "Liberals". This concept is just European influence pushing onto the American populace through social manipulation.

Anyone a solid "right" and left of that is going to be a leftist or a "rino" to Trump republicans. Trying to run center/center-right candidates making comments that basically equate to "I'm not interested in fighting for you" isn't going to earn votes.

Obama won by having a vision, be basically ran on health care and he won.

Obama had a chance to get rid of the Regan tax cuts and didn't. He wasted his first year all together when he had a majority.

Bernie MAY actually be for the people (not for the rich), although at this point it's hard to feel any politiican actually is.

As far as left vs right, it's not a real divide, it's made up by the wealthy to keep us fighting each other so they can stay in power easier.

Abortion? Leave it up to the individuals. It's not illegal, but also you can't force a doctor etc to perform them. I'd go so far as to actually allow it to be decided on a state to state basis, and if you don't like that states laws, move to another one (or visit another one briefly to get an abortion and then come back).

Gun control? You have the right to bear arms, but just like a car, you need to pass a test and get licensed. That would be an improvement at least and would allow our country to focus on things we really need, like our infrastructure. Yes, gun control is important, but.....your not going to change the minds of so many people right away, so stop trying, focus on something everyone can agree on, and then over time if people change how they think......THEN focus on it again.

But nope, none of that matters because it's Dem vs Rep and whatever party gets in power, the other party will do everything they can to sabatoge them. It's not checks and balances, it's political assassination.

Meanwhile, even if Bearni actually gets into office, he won't have much power unless he has a majority as well.....and even many Dems are not on board with what he proposes etc. Wealth rules this country and Bearni is more concerned with the non-wealthy citizens and actively attacks the 1%.....where all the power is. Even if he became president he would probably find himself with almost no power at all.

Ain't no solution either cause the rich and corporations hold all the power and they ain't given it up. Can't have a revolution (too destructive not just to our country but the world), which is pretty much the only way to break the current power base, so we are stuck.

You can lie to yourself and try and believe we actually have power and can make a difference, but the truth is money is everything, and the people with the money like the current setup......so the only changes we will really see are ones that benefit then, or at least don't inconvienence/hurt them.
