I loved it as a teenager, but now that I'm like almost 30, will I still find it funny or nah? I haven't watched in almost 10 years

It's basically designed to age well since almost no one who would watch it actually lived through the 70s. So any references to period pieces would just sail over the head of anyone in the target demo.

Next decade they could do a show set in the 90s of the same vein and it would probably hit home (since the 2020s are 30 years removed from the 1990s and the kids born in this decade would be in their teens come the 2020s).

Actually that's what they wanted, to target teenagers when it came out, but it ended up being super popular with older people who were around in the 70s.

And I would say it doesnt hold up as well as something like Seinfeld. It is still enjoyable, but it feels a bit more simplistic with always making the same jokes over and over.
