My brackets are always super gambly and never pan out. The one time I bucked the collective wisdom correctly, I picked the wrong Zelda game. I can only imagine how far down the list I'll be when that sheet is properly populated.

Side note: Is there even a rally train to consider climbing aboard this time, or do we all basically agree it's Breath of the Wild all the way? Surely Untitled Goose Game isn't going to honk it's way to the finish, right? I mean, yeah, we don't even have the bracket yet, but surely there's some kind of Undertale hiding out there, right?

I don't think Untitled Goose Game is going to be much of a threat here in this Game of the Cade contest.

If this was CBXI, Goose would definitely be a potential rally threat.

Yeah, I'm not feeling any of that. I think all those games are phantoms at best. I'm usually one to grab a rally and follow it, under the assumption that I won't beat out the board in a straight slugfest, but sounds like it's gonna be a straight bracket for me this time!

Just* realized Flower a game I've looked forward to getting but still haven't gotten is not eligible for GotD2. It apparently came out in 2009, not 2010 as I had thought. Yet Minecraft is eligible... Huh.

*And by "just" I mean "a few days ago".

I'm working on the ranks offline (not a fan of Google Sheets).

The data is the easy part - the hard part is determining which users are duplicates of each other. There's too many duplicates and name changes, or names that are similar to another user but too generic to really be sure.

I hope to have it finished by early next week.
