Been getting it done every few months since. It helps and tbh it feels great. I need to do it again soon. a doctor told me a couple years ago that my ear canals are smaller than normal I think. or something like that. and on top of that, I have excess wax production. But the last time i had my ears cleaned it was some boomer nurse who did it and she did it rough and painfully. You generally shouldn't be putting anything in your ear ever. He was damn good at it too.
