Seriously, everyone's on an emotional slippery slope outside of comic-only stuff like the Grays. It seems you can't get a single revenge kill without inevitably going full Sith. Is that why Jedi are so paranoid about so much as getting a wank out?

So where does it say that getting a revenge kill makes you a Sith? Did Anakin become a Sith immediately after beheading Dooku or killing the tuskens? How do you think this works?

Did Obi-Wan eventually turn Sith after getting revenge on Maul?

I said inevitably, not immediately. Obi Wan didn't even want to fight; that was all self defense and "fate" and whatnot.

Obi-Wan didn't turn inevitably or immediately. There's more involved with Anakin becoming a Sith than just revenge kills. Maybe take a look at some of that.

Obi didn't kill Maul in revenge, and Dooku is clearly marked as Anakin's turning point, giving in to the (hilariously) obviously evil goading of the Chancellor.

Oh yeah sure, Obi was totally at peace in the moment after he sees his master cut down, screams, and cuts fucking loose.

Anakin doesn't become a Sith until he makes the deliberate choice later in the film. It's not a switch that flips on in your ass when you kill somebody.

At peace? No. Fulfilling his mission as he was always supposed to? Yes. No dark side tricks, no mascara, he hasn't changed to a more aggressive form.

I quite specified that it is not an immediate effect; I don't know why you keep repeating that notion.

You continue to assert that revenge kills inevitably lead you to the dark side. I'm telling you that Anakin doesn't become a Sith, doesn't embrace the dark side, and doesn't fall into that shit until swearing off to Palpatine. The clock didn't just start because he killed tuskens or Dooku. It's not as simple as you wanna bitch about.

Yeah, watch the fight. Obviously, he's not keen on his master having died, but he still knows when to back off; none of the exaggerated swings encouraged in the more emotionally charged forms. He's still fighting like a Jedi.
